Welcome to norr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thenorr.store (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Important Health Disclaimer

Kontour is a general wellness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this Site is medical advice. Statements on this Site about muscle tension, knots, and relief describe general wellness use and individual experiences; results vary from person to person.

Do not use Kontour on broken or irritated skin, directly on an acute injury, or on any area affected by a medical condition without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a circulatory disorder, blood clots, nerve damage, or any other medical condition, talk to your doctor before use. Stop using the product and consult a professional if you experience pain (beyond normal massage-pressure discomfort), numbness, or irritation. If you have sudden, sharp, or unexplained pain, see a doctor, a massager is not a substitute for medical care.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its supported providers (credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, where a listing contained an obvious pricing error, or where stock has run out. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.
  • Promotional pricing, bundles, and free gifts (for example, "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" offers) are available while supplies last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The offer that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Every order is covered by our 45-night trial and money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

5. Product Use and Care

Use Kontour as described in the included quick-start guide. Do not immerse the device in water, disassemble it, use it while it is charging, or use a damaged charging cable. Keep the device away from children and pets.

6. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our products and marketing. Don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, we may remove such content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, product design, text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
