Every order ships free, no minimum. Orders placed before 2 PM ET leave our US warehouse the same business day; everything else ships within 24 hours. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days, and tracking is emailed the moment your label prints.
The 60-night trial
Try Roller One nightly for up to 60 nights. If it isn't the best ten minutes of your day, email hello@koilbody.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full — no questions, no restocking fee. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 business days of the return scanning in.
Warranty
Every Roller One is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If anything fails under normal use, we replace it — fast, and at no cost to you.
Multi-pack returns
Bundles are covered too: return everything for a full refund, or keep what you love and return the rest for a prorated refund at the per-unit price you paid.
