The 45-Night Trial, In Plain English
Every Kontour order comes with a 45-night trial and a money-back guarantee. Use it. Lean into it. Try it on the knot that nothing else has reached. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send it back within 45 nights of delivery and we'll refund the full purchase price. No restocking fees, no "warranty claim" runaround, no questions asked.
How It Works
- Email us at thenorrstore@gmail.com within 45 nights of your delivery date with your order number. That's it, you don't need to give a reason.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for orders shipped within the United States).
- Ship it back. Yes, even if you've used it, it's a trial, and a trial means actually trying it.
- Get your money back. Once the return is delivered to us, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What's Covered
- Full refunds: the full purchase price of your order, including any shipping you paid at checkout.
- Used products: covered. The trial only means something if you can genuinely use the product first.
- Bundles (2-packs and 3-packs): return all paid massagers from the bundle for a full refund. If you'd like to keep some and return the rest, we'll refund the returned units proportionally to what you paid. You don't need to return consumable free gifts (like massage oil); a free extra massager from a promotional bundle should be included with a full-bundle return.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your Kontour arrives damaged, or stops working the way it should, email us at thenorrstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You won't be asked to pay return shipping for a defective item.
The Fine Print (Kept Short On Purpose)
- The 45-night window starts on the day your order is delivered, as shown by the carrier's tracking.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- For international orders (outside the United States), we can't currently provide prepaid return labels, return shipping is at your cost, but the refund itself works exactly the same way.
- If a return arrives more than 45 nights after delivery without prior contact from you, we may decline it. If you email us within the window, the return counts, even if shipping takes longer.
